Dr. Dexter Wilson
Raised in Waterloo, Dr. Wilson attended West High School. He graduated from Northwestern Univ.  and The Illinois College of Optometry. In 1977 he joined his father Dr. R. Paul Wilson in practice. Dr. Wilson is a member of the American Optometric Assoc., the Iowa Optometric Assoc., and the Cedar Valley Optometric Assoc. He lives with his wife Terri and their two dogs Sophie and Gracie and enjoys golf, reading, jogging, and talking sports.

Dr. Carrie Kearns
Dr. Kearns was born and raised in Otummwa. She obtained her B.S. in Mathmatics at Loras College in Dubuque and completed her O.D. degree at Indiana University School of Optometry. She then completed a residency at the Veterans hospital in Danville, Ill.. She began working with Dr. Wilson in September 2007. Dr. Kearns lives with her husband Adam and infant daughter Kahlan. In her spare time she enjoys reading and spending time with family.

Margaret Draffen
Margaret grew up in central Iowa and earned her B.A.in Art at Central College in Pella, Iowa. Margaret began work as an Optometric assistant in 1985 in upstate N.Y. After relocating to Des Moines in 1986, she worked  for a large practice as an assistan tand as Vision Therapist, working with patients  with visual difficulties. Margo has participated in various continuing education opportunities incuding the Iowa Optometric Assistance Association, The Heart of America Contact Lens Society in Kansas City, and the Contact Lens Symposium in Boston, MA. Margo has been working with Dr. Wilson since October, 2000. She lives with her husband and two teenage daughters in Reinbeck, Iowa. She enjoys gardening, oil painting, and attending her childrens music and theater events.

Amy Howland

Amy is an ABO certified optician. She has been in the optical field for over 10 years. Here at Wilson eyecare she helps with the selection of eye wear as well as the manufacturing of the glasses.
She lives in Waverly with her husband Bryan and two children, Austin and payton. In her spare time she enjoys shopping, golging, going to hockeygames, and spending time with her family.

Janice Davis

Janice grew up in northeast Iowa. She recieved her degree from American Institute of Commerce asa aMedical Office Specialist. Janice has been working with medical insurance since 1997. She lives with her husband Jeff, has two grown children and three grandchildren. She enjoys travel, sewing, and time with the family.

Terri Wilson

Terri grew up in Cedar Falls and graduated from UNI with a degree in bussiness. Terri owned her own bussiness for a number of years and now enjoys helping patients with their questions. Terri lives with Dexter, her husband, and their two dogs. Terri enjoys reading and gardening.
